Do we need to know which AI tool to use?
No. Bring the process and the problem. Tool selection follows the workflow, data constraints and budget.
Can we start without sharing sensitive data?
Yes. An initial discussion can use process descriptions and synthetic examples. Do not put confidential, customer or employee data into the enquiry form.
Can you work with our existing software?
We assess access, APIs, licensing and integration constraints during discovery. We do not promise an integration before checking it.
Do you guarantee savings or a particular return?
No. We agree a baseline and measure the pilot. Its purpose is to establish whether the workflow is useful before you commit to wider deployment.
Can you join a delivery team?
We welcome clearly scoped implementation and testing enquiries from agencies or prime contractors. Roles, availability and responsibilities need to be agreed for each project.
