What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text records stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, tracking pixels, tags and embedded services that store information on, or access information from, a device. Some are necessary for the website to operate. Optional technologies are disabled until you provide consent.

Strictly necessary

These technologies support security, protected administration and your privacy preferences. They cannot be switched off through the consent controls because they are required to provide functionality you request.

  • dabuda_cookie_consent — records your consent categories, policy version and choice date for approximately six months.
  • Protected admin session — used only within the restricted administration area to authenticate authorised users; normally expires when the browser session ends.

Analytics

If you allow analytics, DaBuDa uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand route performance, navigation quality and aggregated website usage. Analytics is not required to use the public website.

  • Google Analytics — may use _ga and _ga_* identifiers for up to two years. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled when analytics is selected without marketing.
  • Microsoft Clarity — may use identifiers including _clck and _clsk to associate page activity and sessions, typically for up to one year.

Marketing and campaign measurement

If you allow marketing, Google Ads and Meta technologies may measure campaign effectiveness and recognise whether a visit or enquiry followed an advertisement. Marketing consent also enables analytics because campaign measurement depends on that reporting layer.

  • Google Ads and DoubleClick — may use identifiers such as _gcl_au and test_cookie. Typical durations range from a short session test to approximately 90 days.
  • Meta Pixel — may use _fbp for campaign measurement, typically for approximately 90 days.

External media

The Nova platform page includes a YouTube walkthrough. The embedded player is not loaded until you allow external media. Loading or playing it may allow Google or YouTube to receive device, network and interaction information under their own privacy terms.

Manage or withdraw consent

You can accept, reject or customise optional categories when the consent panel appears. To change your decision later, select in this policy or in the website footer.

Withdrawing consent prevents DaBuDa from loading the affected services on later page loads and removes known first-party optional identifiers where the browser permits. Third-party identifiers already stored by another domain may remain until they expire or are removed through your browser settings.

Policy reviews

DaBuDa reviews this policy and its tag configuration when services change. Provider names, exact identifiers and retention periods may change when third parties update their technologies. Material changes will be reflected on this page and through an updated consent version where a renewed choice is required.
