Workflow automation consulting

Less copying.
More useful work.

Connect the steps between an incoming request and a reviewed result. DaBuDa scopes, builds and tests workflow automation for service businesses, keeping exceptions and important decisions with your team.

Where to start

One process, not every process.

Start with a repetitive workflow that has a clear owner and a visible backlog. We check whether ordinary automation is enough before adding AI.

  • Customer enquiries: classify a request, prepare a draft and route it for review.
  • Documents: extract agreed fields, flag missing information and prepare a reviewed record.
  • Reporting: combine approved sources into a repeatable draft with an exception log.
What you receive

A workflow your team can operate.

Discovery defines the baseline, system access, acceptance criteria and boundaries. Implementation follows only when the scope and price are agreed.

  • A workflow map covering inputs, decisions, integrations and failure paths.
  • A bounded pilot with permissions and human approval before consequential actions.
  • Test evidence for normal cases, missing data, duplicates and failed integrations.
  • Handover notes, ownership and a recovery process for the people running it.
How we judge it

Measure the work, not the demo.

Agree measures before building: handling time, error rate, backlog and the proportion of exceptions requiring review. These are evaluation criteria, not promised savings.

  • Use synthetic or agreed redacted examples before granting production access.
  • Compare the pilot with the current process and record limitations.
  • Agree support separately; there is no automatic ongoing commitment.

Nova connects guest enquiries with availability and booking steps. Its product film uses masked demo data, not a claim of measured customer outcomes.

Before the first conversation

Questions worth asking.

Do we need to replace our current software?

Not necessarily. We assess the systems and interfaces you already use. Access permissions, API limits and licence costs are checked during discovery.

Is this suitable for sensitive information?

We agree data boundaries and access before implementation. Please do not include customer records, credentials or confidential documents in your initial enquiry.

How much does it cost?

The scope, deliverables and price are agreed before work begins. Third-party licences and support are identified in the proposal rather than assumed to be included.
